COOLING AND HEATING

The apartment has an Aerothermic system that controls the cooling/heating. The temperature in the living room and the bedrooms can be regulated individually in each room with thermostats. We kindly ask you not to set the temperature below 23 degrees in summer or above 25 degrees in winter. The bathrooms have only floor heatings, which can be controlled by thermostats on the walls. Please do not touch the entrance unit of the Aerothermic system in the laundry room. If there are any problems with the system, contact us immediately and we are happy to help you.

TELEVISION

Smart TV with plenty of channels. If you wish to watch your own streaming channels please feel free to access with function.

In the laundry room next to the kitchen is a brand new washing machine with a drying.

WASHER / DRYER

ELECTRIC VECHICLE CHARGER

EV charging in the garage is available for €30/day and must be booked for the entire stay- please request it when booking.

DISHWASHER

The kitchen is equipped with a large, modern and quiet dishwasher so you can spend time with your guests instead of washing up

OVEN / STOVE TOP

The kitchen island has an oven, stove top and a fitted-in extractor.
